Just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with LOR. Purchased the software last December with no issues. The clearance sale I purchased 6 controllers the sent a 10' Cat 5 instead of 25' Cat 5. So I called up and talked to Mary. She changed the price back to the 10' cable. This made me happy. Purchased another controller during the summer sale no issues. Last week I purchased another controller and no power cords in the box. So I called up and talk to Dan the man. I let him know of my issue and that same day he shipped them out. I understand that from time to time people make mistakes hay we are all human. Its really nice to deal with a company that will take care of you. Most company's would push you to the side. I am looking forward to the next clearance sale. I got my eye on 4 more controllers. B) A satisfied customer that cant wait to buy more.

I once had a company tell me that all supplier have issues from time to time, but great companies know how to handle them.
