Error reading setup initialization file

No Virus protection, no Fire wall protection, No windows blockers.

I also "Saved" on desktop, in programs folder and Run from Site. All same error.

I think this typically means that you did not get the entire download. Please try downloading the installer again. If it asks you to "run from here" or "save to disk", select "save to disk" (it's less flaky than "run from here").

After it fully downloads, you can check the file size against what the software download page says it should be, to make sure you got the whole thing.
