SnappyTom Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 Hi all, Saturday I upgraded to LOR 2.6.0 and couldnt get it to accept my license. I got an registration error/activation issue 8035. It prefilled in my name and lic# and I check them and it is correct caps and all. Last time I upgraded I had to call support and they got it to work but thats tomorrow. bob Posted November 30, 2009 Share Posted November 30, 2009 This "8035" is some troubleshooting code we've put in to help with a strange activation issue that some people are having. It's allowed us to narrow the problem down, but not all the way; the next release will contain more troubleshooting stuff, to try to narrow it down further.
