I had an ELL pass on to a quiter life over the weekend and LOR support got me another one in time for my show on this Friday. I'd like to thank John, Mary, Dan and a host of others that I did not meet or talk to, but that got my new ELL shipped out to me. Wow! What a group! I can't thank you all enough. I hope you all have the best Christmas and New Year! (Happy Thanksgiving too of course.) I have never seen a company work so hard to make a customer happy as you all have.
