Jeff F
For some reason, when in the sequence editor, I can’t see all the rowsSequence editor doesn’t utilize the entire monitor. Let’s say I have 10 rows, I’ll only see 6 of them. When I usethe scroll down, the screen flashes as I scroll down to 7, 8, ect. This is only happening on one desktop. Any thoughts? I do have a e-mail into LOR.
bisquit476
Did you try the maximize button on the upper right hand corner of the opened sequence? Mine always open minimized.
bob
Whoops - assuming that you're the same Jeff who sent support@lightorama.com an email about this, then it's my fault that you didn't get a response yet.It was forwarded from support@lightorama.com to me, asking me to take a look at it. I replied, but I accidentally didn't change the address back to yours, so my reply went back to support@lightorama.com instead of to you.I will forward it to you momentarily, but basically, I believe that the issue is that your computer's DPI setting is probably set to a custom value. Setting it to the default (96) will clear up this problem, and if 96 is too small, I believe that 120 will work, too.
Jeff F
Bob, yes, the same Jeff. That was it. The DPI was set to custom. Put it back to (96). Cleared up the problem. That was the only setting I didn't check. Thanks!!
