John horton Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 i have been using lor for 2 years now last year i upgraded to the lor2 when it was released, with no problems. However my computer crashed and i had to get a new one when i downloaded lor2 this time it is asking for a registation # i looked through all my paper work from the original purchace and don't see this # anywear. what should i do my controller won't let me controll light shows? cmoore60 Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 John,YOu will need the email address from when you first purchased your software.Go back to the LOR store, software page. There is a link there to retrieve your license code. Follow those steps. If you have the same email you will get an email with the number. YOu will then insert this number in the software. YOu will need an internet connection for the software to call home and validate.
