Denny Posted September 22, 2009 Share Posted September 22, 2009 I started to do a sequence today using video rather than music and noticed that the waveform and wizards do not work when using a wmv file. I tried sequencing without the benefit of the waveform, but didn't realize until today, how much I have come to rely on that tool since LOR incorporated it. To work around the limitation, I copied the audio to a wav file using Audacity with the intention of replacing the wav file with the video wmv when I was finished sequencing. This let me use the waveform and wizards, but of course, I couldn't watch the video while sequencing. Just for grins, I replaced the wav file with the video wmv, and voila, everything works -- waveform, wizards, and I can watch the video file in conjunction with the animation view.
