Greg Doughty
I have 1.5 tb on my desktop computer. I would like to network to one of those drives and not just my public folder. My laptop is running windows 7 and the desktop is Vista. is there a way to do this to have one of my drives as a separate entity from the desktop and laptop? almost like a server I guess.Basically, when I installed Windows 7 on my laptop, all of my sequences went byebye. I took the time to back them up on my network, but I was one tier from it being independent (i.e C:/Greg/public/laptop) I just need to install a server, but I can't right now (I need more channels!!)Thanks
Donald Puryear
Yes. You can create a directory on the desktop and share it on your network. Store your sequences in this new directory. I did this last year and it worked fine.
