Steven Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 I downloaded version 2.3.4 yesterday and started playing with the sequence editor. The first thing I noticed was "Timings". It seems that Timings have now been separated from Tracks.This is a great idea! Before, when each track was forced to have its own timings, what I adjusted timings in one track because they weren't quite on the beat, I had to copy the timings from that track, go to the other track with the same timings, delete those, and paste the new timings. Now I can just assign the same timings to different tracks.I haven't tried it yet, but I suppose I could now have a "Basic Beat" and a "Fast Beat" timing, and not have to make an additional track to switch between them.Again, this is a great idea. When I created a new sequence tonight I noticed the song title, album and artist info was automatically entered. Smart! The new timing grid feature looks very intriguing as well.
