Guest guest Posted May 29, 2006 Share Posted May 29, 2006 Everyone that ordered using a credit/debit card had a hold placed on their card. That hold drops off after a couple of days. Your bank will drop the hold if it is not used. This type of hold happens all the time but you generally do not see it. For example when you use your card at a fuel pump, they put a hold on your account to make sure that you can pay for the gas, then when you are finished they charge you. When they charge the hold is removed and the exact amount of the charge is taken from your account.With this sale, we did not charge the cards so the hold is "timed-out" by your bank.
