Selecting timing to be added when doing a duplicate track.

I would like to be able to have more selection of what timing to be added when I do a "duplicate track"

Now the only choice when doing this is "duplicate timing". I would like to be able to select add .10 timings for example. Like the window that comes up when you "add new track"

I found a way to get the .10 timings in a duplicated track, but it is not the most desirable.
