Looking for animation help

I can't remember which forum I saw it on, but someone had a tutorial on how they made a skeleton strumming a guitar. I have a rough idea on how I will do this, but figured I'd get a few pointers from someone who has done it already. I already have Count Rockula (yeah I know, pretty cheesy) sitting on a bench rocking back and forth playing the organ. Now if I can just figure out how to have a skeleton play the drums.
