What Color Stobes to use

I want to add a lighting effect in 09 with stobes.

I have 2 sets of 25 ct c9s to start.

I was looking at the CDI Pre Sale Strobes and wonder what color strobes to use ?

Blue or Clear ?

I will use them for my 09 christmas display to.
