Unable to find unite addresse

I buy 2 more CTB16pcv How I have 5 unite .My first unite I solder them they working very good .My last two i order I didn't have time to weld them One my friend solder them .One my unite is not working .I connect my unite light flash (NORMAL)

Open LOR hardware light STOP flashing (normal) But on this unite when press refresh say(unable to locate addressee) I try SET UNITE ID same thing Try change Existing ID same thing

Went I connect another unite they work well 'So is not my USB port or my usb 485

something wrong with board or ic or Dip I can't connect to my network (I thing)I check all the solder for coldwell everything look ok

Check to see if your comm chip was placed in correctly.

I double and double check all my network resistor ,all good place
