Guest guest
I am making my first purchase right now and saw the differrnt connector types. Serial or USB. The USB is $2 more then the serial. Is there any real reason NOT to get the USB one? I mean as long as you have a USB on your computer, which I do, isn't it a better option?
Guest guest
replying to my own. I'm just going to go for the USB485B. Why not, I'm already saving money on the sale, why not get the best connector so I can possibly upgrade in the future.

USB uses more CPU power than serial, so they're better off with a serial adapter.
