It takes a special audio card to make MP3 slow to 1/4 speed. Do not remember which card it is but check out past posts using the search function. Rafter Bar R Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 I don't know if the soundcard has anything to do with it, I am using an integrated soundcard and the software I have can play mp3's at any speed, even in reverse without any problems.
