scodavis
Hello everyone; next year I plan to integrate some homemade 3D printed props into my show, which will be printed with fluorescent filament that reacts to UV light. While the filaments actually glow under blue LEDs (there must be some UV in there) they go wild under actual UV light. I've been aware of the 50W UV floods from Lightorama for quite some time, but I had some questions about them, and was hoping to get some information from people who have actually used them. 1. Any photos of them in operation, and how you use them? 2. As far as just turning them on and off, are they difficult to sequence? 3. I notice that there seems to be an external power supply as they operate on a different voltage; how does this work? 4. How wide is the projection angle (this will help me determine how many I would need). Thank you!
