light-o-rama control panel not opening - .net issue

So let's start from the beginning, it's that time of year again so I go to open lor control panel having not touched or updated anything since last year and I get this error.(screenshot was taken after updating s6 I will get to that)

I went to download the framework double-checked it was the right version and tried again, and it gave the same error so I did it a second time and it still did not work. After that, I went and updated my software and I still got this error but this time it wants a newer version of .net I downloaded and installed it and it still did not work. so now I am stuck, looked online and could not find anyone else with this issue. I can't remember what, but I do think I downloaded some app(not lor related) that needed .net or something at some point this year. I also did the lor instater thing to repair and still got this error. 

Also the sequencer app opens p but shows almost nothing and goes to not responding if you try to click anything.

Also on windows 10 if that helps

The software usually installs .net at the start of the install.perhaps you missed it and declined the install.

Open the apps list in Windows and uninstall LOR. I would slso remove the .net you installed.

Reboot.

Download a fresh copy of your version and reinstall. It should ask you to load .net first, before going on to install LOR. Let it all install to the defaults.

Thanks for trying to help, but I just found this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/net-framework-is-supposedly-already-installed-but/61ed16cc-4418-43ab-82a7-02001c2f9c53 and the repair tool fixed it. Hopefully, if anyone else has this issue they will find my solution. But my s6 sequencer is still not responding when I open it, any idea on how to fix that?
