xtremeone Posted November 30, 2023 Share Posted November 30, 2023 The show player has started crashing. I ran test sequences fine earlier in the week. I added new shows to the playlist and started the show. Player crashes. I reinstalled 6.2.18 as a clean install....Player still crashing. I use videos for projection if this could be an issue. Like I said ..ALLL worked 2 days ago, video and all. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. First time I have ever seen the player crash in 9 years with LOR. MattBrown Posted November 30, 2023 Share Posted November 30, 2023 Please create a ticket with the help desk. Include as much detail as you can about your show and the nature of the crash. We are very busy this time of year but will get to it as soon as we can. Under your Light-O-Rama folder, there should be a Logs subfolder. In Logs there should be a file "LORTray-trace.txt". There may also be "LORTray-trace1.txt" and "LORTray-trace2.txt".
