Transfer license to new laptop question

I have installed LOR software on a new computer ( I have an advanced License for 3.9) when I try to open the program on the new computer it says disabled. Any help

You either need to out in your license key or possibly have used up your five seats. 

Retrieve key. You will need the email with which you originally signed up

If you need more seats start a Help Desk ticket and request more. They usually are very accommodating.

This tells me that it's installed, but you don't have a show enabled. If the light bulb is red, then it's installed and running, but does not have a show enabled.
