tvweather62
Hi there...I created a audio file in Audacity to overlay in a preexisting sequence. The sequence plays fine in the LOR Sequencer, but when I tried to write it to an sd card, it said there was an error because it wasn't an MP3. I'm new to writing audio files, so not sure if there's an easy fix to convert the wav file to an mp3 file. Thanks! Hope you guys have an amazing Thanksgiving! Don
Been a while since I used Audacity, but I'm pretty sure it can convert WAV to MP3. Just Save As, or Export, or whatever they call it. :)
k6ccc
Audacity will produce mp3 files - HOWEVER, you have to add the mp3 encoder. Wait, it looks like that is no longer a requirement....
dgander
Make sure you export it AND set is as mp3, 128kbps CBR. Some have said you can go higher than 128 but I have found with creating SD cards via HUB this setting has been very reliable.
rmturner54
I quit using audacity long time ago. I. use AVS. It can do everything and easier to use
