Bulk change color of prop effects?

I have a RGB Prop where the pixels are in a red tube (hacking cheap decorations), so there's no reason to use anything but red or white colors in the pixels.  Is there a way to buik change all the effects on a prop to be a specific color or do I have to click on each one individually?

Select your RGB prop row - the whole row you want to change the color on

Right click and select prompt for new effect - then select modify existing effects

Select your color and click OK
