screensaver
I scheduled my show to begin at 5 and end at 9 with the weekly schedule editor. Tonight (Sunday) the show did not start at 5 and when I checked the computer it said "next show sunday 12 am" Am I supposed to use the calender schedule or the weekly schedule to have it come on every night?Terry
Don
The scheduler checks the "Calendar" portion of the schedule first. If it finds nothing for that day, then it will look to the "Week" tab.In your case, I would make sure you do not have anything (nothing, nada, zip, zero, even in the past) scheduled for today in the Calendar tab. If you ran a test from 2:00-3:00pm today, and it's still in the Calendar tab, your "Weekly" schedule for today won't run.You could also delete the yearsched.lsc file from your computer. (Will vary on each computer.)
screensaver
If I want it to run every night, for a month, at the same time, do I schedule it in weekly or calender? BTW this is on a PC
Don
Weekly. Then when you are done with the shows, just disable the shows.
screensaver
Thanks, but just out of curiousity, why would it show "next show sun 12am"? is it because the schedule ran out???
Tim Fischer
Also when editing schedules, save constantly. The schedule editor loves to crash (at least on Win98) when editing more than a few schedule items...-Tim
