Singing tree's ID number

I wrote to LOR help desk about a problem with the singing tree's. There resolution was "Can you please check the DIP switches on each of the controllers and make sure they correspond to 30, 32, 34, and 36?" 

How do I set the DIP switchs. Link is a picture of a singing tree controller box. Below is image link.

The chart is in the back of any LOR controller manual.  That image is 30 Hex .
