Matrix video issues.

I’m running 6.2.14v I have a  20x40 matrix with 8 port controller (lor kit). This is my second yr having this. I have some some videos on the matrix last yr work great. This yr it’s only showing up in the upper left corner. Of my display. On the computer it’s showing up on the playback window as a full screen. Only thing I have changed this yr was unp3g4 to a g4-mp3 for ports. I changed my network between 3 of them. I also upgraded to the 6.2.14v.  In Motion  effect generator I changed plasma and everything worked fine when I went back to movie and select my movie file it’s back in the upper left corner. I have added pictures to the Facebook page also with the same question. I install last yr and card and everything works fine. I also tried doing this on my roof matrix witch is 2 pixCon 16 channels and the same thing happened. Hopefully this is enough info.
