Audio is sketchy

I am running 3.0 software and have used it for the last 4 or 5 years to build my sequences without any problems. I always download my music in an MP4 format, and then use audacity to change the music to an MP3 format before using it to build musical sequences.  
Now when I play the program in my Director/FM transmitter,  on some songs The music doesn’t play at all. On some songs, the music plays, but the vocal is echoing in the background with the instrumental playing loudly  

A few of my songs will play normally.

There is not a problem with the light portion of the show.
 

Any ideas?

When exporting the MP3 audio file in Audacity make sure the parameters are set for 128kbps at a CONSTANT bit rate.  Hopefully that will clear up your oddities.
