solarnet Posted November 29, 2008 Share Posted November 29, 2008 I've got a problem with my show. I've got 2-16 channel controllers connected to a laptop. I am running a mainly static show with only my arches and 6' trees animated. The problem I'm having is that once in a while All the lights will turn off for about a second and then turn back on. When they come back on, only one of the controllers work. the other stays off. The only way to get the second controller working to to disable the show and then re-enable the show. I beleive it is a problem with the software or possibly a problem with the USB connection. Here's what I've done to try and track down the problem.1. reset the controllers by diconnecting the power for a few seconds and reconnecting. - No change2. turning the circut off and back on.- No change3. disable and re-enable the show from the laptop. - worksThis has happened about 4 times now in less than a week. usually about 2 hrs into a 3 hr show.Anyone got any ideas?ThanksRichard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
