S6 issues in 6.2.10 and 6.2.12

Issue 1. I posted earlier in the week about an issue I was having with the zoom feature in the preview window in 6.2.10. now that 6.2.12 is out I thought the fix might be in it. The issue is still happening. The preview window will not hold the Zoomed position. It will go back to the default position 95% of the time. I use this tool often and having to zoom in almost every time I hit the play button is quite frustrating. after my first post I thought I found the fix by using the Save Zoom Preferences under the Tools drop down menu and it seemed to be the fix at first but no, It is still happening.

Issue 2. This started happening in both 6.2.10 and 6.2.12. on my 100x50 and 50x48 Matrix. When I play back a sequence that has an animated gif file there are pixels that remain on in a portion of the matrix where the motion of the gif image moves from. example: I have a gif of a Skeleton that dances and its head goes up and down and his arms go up and down, when the character moves, the top position of the head stays lit up when the characters head moves down. the same thing happens with the arms going up and down. I'll see if I can capture some video of this. This is happening in the sequencer. I have not been able to check it in my matrix to see if it gets out put to the lights. I am hopping to test the matrix soon.

By the way the issue I had in 6.2.8 with the gifs playing back slow has been addressed in the newest versions.

I was wondering if anyone else has these issues going on and should I open a repair ticket?

Thanks for the feedback! Please open 2 separate tickets for these issues. For issue #1, a movie or screen recording would be most helpful. For issue #2, attaching the gif file will probably suffice.
