v5.6.8 Pro. OR in the case of an evil laugh as in ha ha ha ha. Do you switch between lower & bottom lips or use something like a 1 cell fade between 1 of those 2? Tips or tricks?

Shimmer is your friend for Vibrato. it would be whichever lip is used for the word.

These pumpkins are the same movements as HC trees, monsters etc. Watch the first minute there are quite a few vibrato (shimmer) effects.
