Your ticket has been assigned to a hardware expert. Thank you for your patience. My question to the LOR people on here is at what point will the Hardware desk get back to me. I need to ship my Pixie16 to LOR for the repair so I can get it back ASAP? I was thinking 2 weeks with no response was a little long but I have no Idea what the wait time is at LOR. But in this day of computers, an automatic reply like "Due to weather... your repair is taking longer than normal to be completed. please be assured we are working as fast as possible to catch up" At least, you are lucky in that you can fit 2 @Pixie8 (with appropriate addresses set) unlike those with a need for a Pixcon16.
