License Key - Not finding solution besides a helpdesk ticket?

I have found/seen and understand that there is now a portion of the LOR website to go to for License info. But I can't seem to find any solution to my problem.. which is a license registered to an email address that is no longer accessible. Is this just a submit a helpdesk ticket scenario or does anyone have any recommendations? I also saw the change the email address section but unfortunately I do not have the first 5 digits of the key readily available.
