How Should I take Photos of my Display?

I use a Canon Rebel EOS t2i to take photos of my display. What settings should I use to get the best pictures of the lights?

(I will turn the lights on static to take photos)

All depends on how much light it displayed. Shoot on manual. Start with no more than 400ISO and bracket down as needed. WB should be set at tungsten. When shooting video, I was able to shoot 100 ISO at f5.6. the nice thing about digital is that you can do a lot of testing for what works best for your lights. Also, if you shoot at dusk, that may help you out as well. Let the sun set but still have a slight glow to the sky.
