DMX universe works inSE but not from show player

Running v6.1.4 pro

Simple question, I think.

What is the difference between playing a sequence and watching the lights work vs playing a show and watching the lights?

Now the trump card, why does one of my DMX universes NOT work in shows, but works in every sequence in the show when played individually?

I even made a simple animation with just that one DMX universe, plays in SE fine, but add it to the show and it doesn't work. Why?

Turn the dimmer at the top of the control panel to 100 Percent.

DOH !!!!   Fell for that during Halloween and forgot all about it. I thought all I did for Halloween was to turn off in preview the master dimming OFF for that prop. That doesn't work here but turning intensity to 100 does. So kinda out of the woods. Will dig deeper into that aspect now

 

 

My error. I shut down S6, restarted it and it works just fine at any intensity from show panel.
