Shows built using Basic plus 16 cont/ledcat6 wired100ft, but lights from controller not lighting

Hi everyone hope everyone is doing well. I have the show all built ran with 0 errors and ran hardware check and all 16 ch test ok and light up fine, but when show starts I have audio,but lights not lighting to show/sequence just audio is playing and show displays its running via time I choose. Using 16 basic controller with led only mini's no animation cat 6 to pcwired . Please any help in this is greatly appreciated this is a surprise for my family for tomorrow and really need some help with thank you so much to all if can lend a hand.
