filetme Posted October 17, 2022 Share Posted October 17, 2022 Hi all, Whoooboy I am having a rough go of it on the setup this year.... Anyways, I setup all my lights and I have connected the controllers 16PCG3 1.04 and 16OCG3 1.06 ... they are recognized and found on the network by hardware utility BUT when I try to do a simple test such as all ON nothing happens. Does this sound familiar with anyone? Could it be a compatibility/firmware issue? My software version is: 6.1.0 Pro Thanks for any help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dgrant Posted October 18, 2022 Share Posted October 18, 2022 (edited) You could be right in a firmware update. All firmware files are located in C:/ProgramData/Light-O-Rama/Firmware. If I have this correct, the current firmware is V1.11 but please verify before changing firmware.
