I went and got a UBS serial adaptor to operate my units 48 channels trying to set them up and and type in com5 and click auto configure and it says device found so go over a change max units to 5 and click save and then click refresh and 0 units found need help bad try-ed to set ID and it says unable to locate unit to change address.
