S5 and S6 are very slow at opening and closing sequences

Anyone else spend ad extrodinary amount of time opening and closing sequences in S5 and S6? A saved sequence can take several minutes to close. No, i don't have a dinosaur for a laptop either. Anyone else have this issue?

I don't have this issue. May I suggest you check the task manager for other programs getting in the way such as eating up CPU time or disk time. Now opening a sequence with lots of motion effects, can slow it down but won't be slow closing it. You might be having a file issue with your computer. Try opening a command prompt window, then enter "sfc /scannow" without the quotes, then enter. Let it run all the way. Suggest you also run your AV software and do a full scan. One more consideration, try disconnecting the internet to it when you close and/or watch the network statistic tab in the task manager.
