Icons on Task Bar Missing

After updating to Microsoft cloud all of the icons on the task bar at bottom of screen have turned white?  How do I go about getting the Icons back.   I had been using the original Icons even though I am using version 4.3.34.  Does anyone remember the steps to link the program to the icons?  I still have a folder called LOR Icons which have all the images that I need.  Too many years have passed since this was set up and I need a refresher on the getting the icon associated to the program.  Thanks.
