Dr_Aplet Posted July 30, 2022 Share Posted July 30, 2022 I wanted to say that i have the same issue. I have a purchased a used CTB16pc. configured the controller to ID 3. Was testing lights with CP but I wanted to check twinkle and shimmer that CP does not have. so i launched HW utility. tried to release Comm port it will not. reset the power on the unit, unplugged USB and reset no change. went back to CP and it continues to work. dgrant Posted July 30, 2022 Author Share Posted July 30, 2022 This has been fixed in 6.0.8 although if you still have an issue, look at the top of the CP and see if it says "DEMO".
