Green LED's not showing properly?

Using a 12v Pixie8, with 2 x 50 square pixel strings.  Learning on S5.  Setup was easy, learning the software (and the setup steps!) took a bit of work.

Heres my issue.  If I use the LOR Hardware console, I can prove that the red, blue and green pixels each work, and white works as well.

However, in the sequencer, I can get red and blue to show up, but green will simply flash quick and stay off.  I've tried different RGB combo's but anything that seems to use a bit of green gives me mixed results.

I don't think it's the hardware, as the Hardware console seems to show they strings work fine.  What am I missing in the software setup?
