Curtain effect

Here is another question for all you professionals. I have created a curtain effect on my roof line and created a motion effect. I have two different ports running the two strings of smart pixels. when I run it in show preview the is a lapse between port one and when port two starts. How do I fix this?  Thank you in advance.

How do you have the two ports (Props) grouped ?
