Grid View Deletions

I am in the process of updating and cleaning up my Preview and grid for the coming year.
When I delete a grid view group in one sequence and export the grid as a new file, then I load the grid to the next sequence, the deleted views are still there and I have to delete them again.
Perhaps this is by design to prevent unexpected deletions, but with 60 odd sequences to update it sure does get tedious.
