Candy Cane Prop

I have a customer that has 8 Boscoyo Candy Canes with 99 pixels each cane (3 rows of 33). I have used the default custom prop layout and then created 4 motion effect rows (ALL, outer row, middle row and inner row).

I am trying to just place a motion effect (say bars) onto the outer row and have the lights follow the contour of the candy cane shape. I cannot get any effect to follow the contour shape.

You could use the Marquee effect if you use the built-in Candycane shape instead of a custom shape...

So make 3 candycane shapes of 33 pixels instead of custom prop?

Just 1 prop with 2 folds.
