Show schedules and music

A lot of times when I open a completed sequence later on to make adjustments it tells me that it cannot find the .mp3 file even though it has been pointed to it several times. Once I figure out what the show order is going to be, how do I prevent this from happening on a reliable basis?

Sometimes this happens if you move the mp3 files around. When you click edit > media file, a pop up box will show where the software is looking for the mp3.  To make it easy, I always have a folder on my desktop labeled  "Christmas Audio" and inside of it I have folders for each year's show. 

It's easier than looking in downloads, etc. for me.
