General Process

Hi all,

I just bought my hardware and the basic level software. I’ve bought the Showtime package with CTB16PC and a mini director. I also have cosmic color ribbon with old CCR controller. What is the general process for someone just starting out with the software and hardware?

download software
set unit ids

create preview

add props

import purchased sequences 

add music

build show

schedule times(if not using mini director and using PC)

make SD card( if using mini director) 

Did I miss any important steps?

My guess is when you import the purchased sequences, you'll have to map them to the props you set up.

Look at LOR's help videos. They will show you the way

One obvious thing missing is to install the USB drivers and connect the USB adaptor, in that order.

Can you elaborate this process? I am just starting out with LOR and I am unfamiliar
