Lightnewbie
Hi all, I just bought my hardware and the basic level software. I’ve bought the Showtime package with CTB16PC and a mini director. I also have cosmic color ribbon with old CCR controller. What is the general process for someone just starting out with the software and hardware? download software set unit ids create preview add props import purchased sequences add music build show schedule times(if not using mini director and using PC) make SD card( if using mini director) Did I miss any important steps? wbaker4
My guess is when you import the purchased sequences, you'll have to map them to the props you set up. Just a guess... best of luck!

PhilMassey
One obvious thing missing is to install the USB drivers and connect the USB adaptor, in that order.

dgrant
If you better identify your location, you might find someone close to you that can assist you.
