How do I stop twinkling

This is my first year working with pixels And I can't make them stay on solid. I can make them do everything except to stay on sold. I'm using 16 SPI Output Alphapix evolution to control the pixels.

That may be a question for the vendor HC. May be an internal setting, it may need a fw update. That controller is pretty new to the lighting community. If you are not adding twinkle to the sequence it is probably on in the GUI somewhere.

Or it could be a power issue, pixels to far from the controller.

My alphapix is an older one but its got its own LED displlay on the board. In there, you can instruct it how to work. I don't think its built in web page will allow you to change things but again, mine is older.
