Music/Lights skip after starting on 4th go around

We have a CTB16PC Ready to Go purchased in 2015.

We have been using it perfectly with our "show" without issue until this year.

The sequences play correctly until the 4th rotation of songs, then it starts :Sleigh Ride", plays correctly for about 15 seconds and then stops.  After that the following song starts correctly.

We wrote a new SD card replaced the SD card - it does the same thing only with this song and only on the 4th rotation.

I cant figure it out.

Any thoughts or help are appreciated.

Since you mention creating SD cards, I am assuming you are using an MP3 Director. Be sure to indicate which model of MP3 Director you are using in the ticket (1, 2, or 4 port, gen 1, 3, or 4).

I haven’t been able to locate a model - where is that located on the box. I tried to attach photos but they exceed the allowable capacity of kB.
