Can Arches be upside down?

Recommended Posts

I am experimenting with arches, not true one, but a DIY solution. Right now I'm using a single string of RGB Pixel bullets. I've managed to make 3 'arches' out of them but I want to hang them inverted from a railing. Currently that is my best mounting solution since it's taking the place of an old prop that used to hang there.

I set up three arches defined by the pixel ranges, but when I place them in the preview no matter how I rotate or adjust I can't get it to look right. I need Pixel 1 on the left, and the 'top' of the arch at the bottom so it looks more like a smile.

Anyone know how to achieve this?

Create your arch with the starting pixel on the Right.  When you see the pictured prop grab the "Rotation" Knob (Red Round dot with a line) and move it Left or Right to turn it upside down.  You'll just have to play with it to get it to be just right.

I swear this didn't work the first time I was messing with it. Must have been either switching to the right pixel or having just rebooted.

Thanks, seems to work now!
