Trigger a special message

There is a Limo service in my area that takes people on Xmas light tours.  My house is visited frequently by them.  I would like to have a way to “insert” a special message when they are watching.  Looking for a way the driver could do something to make the message happen after the current song completes.  Any ideas?    I suppose there isn’t a way to text a message to LOR and the trigger the special greeting for them.
