Creation to set time file failed error

Hello all, 

Question, this is the first time I ever got this error, and there is no more text to the error. Just "while" at the end of it. I run my DC MP3 player with the set time on it and the show plays continuous. I never had this error before. The show is the nearly the same as last year, just the voiceover changes from year to year. I have 27 songs, maybe 45 minutes worth total on the SD Card of 256mb. Does anyone know what this error may be? I can't find any information on it. I emptied the SD card and tried to reload it with the same error, I also did not get this error on the halloween light show I did in october on the same card and setup.

Even just setting the time will not work and I get the same error. I also tried to reformat the SD Card and I tried another SD Card
